The Elation Prayer

This prayer was composed for members of Elation Ministries. Though scattered throughout the country when recited daily it unites us spiritually. Together we praise the Lord and place ourselves at his service of spreading the Good News. Please pray it with and for us.

Elation Prayer

God, our Father we thank you
for our desire to praise you.
Send your Holy Spirit upon us.
Help us to follow more fully
the example
of Jesus your Son.
Help us to grow in love for you
and for one another.
Help us through our ministry
to lead others
to come to know and
serve you with joy.
May our every thought,
word and action
be directed to your glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen
